The glass laser cutting and splitting machine has the following product features:
High processing accuracy
Accurate positioning: equipped with natural marble platform and base frame, The X/Y linear motor axis can achieve a repeat positioning of ± 2 μ m, with a positioning accuracy of ≤ 2um and a repeat accuracy of ≤ 1.5um.
Fine cutting: Using picosecond level ultra short pulse laser technology, the positioning accuracy can reach 0.002mm, the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.002mm, and the cutting accuracy is extremely high.
Good edge quality: Smooth cutting edge, small edge breakage, edge breakage<5um, can effectively control the size of the breakage.
